Phone Requirements

To sign up an Eaze account, you will either need a smartphone or a standard cell phone that accepts SMS messaging and phone calls.

To browse our menu you will need a smartphone to visit www.eaze.com on your mobile browser (our mobile application does not allow for ordering).

If you find yourself without a smartphone device, then you can instead place your order using a desktop browser (we recommend Google Chrome browser). 

As well, if you do not have a smartphone, a standard cell phone will be compatible enough to allow you to communicate with your driver while your order is in progress and being delivered. 

90% of communication from drivers to customers happens via SMS. If you do not have a smartphone or cell phone compatible with SMS, there is a high likelihood that order attempts could result in cancelation. 

You will be unable to verify a landline or a number that does not accept SMS on your account without assistance. To verify these numbers, you will need to contact a member of our Customer Experience team to assist. Call 1-844-420-5420 or email support@eaze.com
