Can I get a delivery outside of California?

  • No. Currently, we only deliver in California.

Unfortunately, we only allow deliveries to certain locations within California. Please check out our blog to see where we can deliver.

Can I place an order in advance?

  • We do not allow orders in advance.

Eaze connects users and licensed dispensaries for on-demand ordering and delivery services. Dispensary drivers begin the delivery process as soon as an order is placed, so we currently do not feature the ability to place advance orders. You can always see the delivery ETA on the checkout screen right before finalizing your order, so you can plan ahead.

What about updating my order in progress?

  • We are unable to allow live updates to your order.

If you need to add something, need more time prior to delivery, or have to change your payment or contact info, etc., you will need to cancel and replace your order.

Can someone else receive my delivery?

  • No. By law, we can't allow this. 

All deliveries must be received by the person who placed the order. Your driver will ask to see your ID and have you sign when your order is delivered. If the person who placed this order is unavailable when the driver reaches the drop-off location, your order will be canceled.

Santa Clara County (San Jose) deliveries will require a scan of a customer's US ID/DL; all other counties allow the use of a passport for identification purposes.

Why does my ETA change during delivery? 

  • Estimated Time to Arrival (ETA) is affected by dozens of factors and is subject to change once an order has been placed. 

Before placing your delivery, you will be given a rough time estimate of how long our system believes it will take to complete an average delivery in your area. Once you place your order, the system then factors in the products you have requested and assigns it to your local dispensary. This will provide you with the initial ETA which is given at the time your order becomes a delivery page.

As the delivery is in progress to you, this ETA may vary depending on traffic, time to delivery location, product availability and many other factors. If you have issues receiving your delivery on time, please contact our support team at 1-844-420-5420 or support@eaze.com
