You must verify your phone number through an SMS link upon sign-up. If your phone is not SMS compatible you will be unable to complete this step. If you have any other errors when trying to update your phone information you may be impacted by one of the following reasons:
Previous sign up or account deletion
Accidental transposition of the phone number on the account in question, leading to the creation of a duplicate which is then suspended per our TOS
Someone else using the phone number in question
Not having a U.S phone number or SMS enabled phone.
