I didn't receive the "Buy One, Get One Free" product, what's going on?

Hey there! We're sorry to hear that you did not receive the BOGO item that we were offering!
 
All of our promos are strictly while supplies last and your driver may have run out of this item by the time they received your order. 
 
Don't worry though, we have many more promotions lined up! Next time you order, we recommend that you ask your driver to wait while you take a peek into your bag to make sure everything is there. They can also let you know if they're out of the BOGO. 
 
We're unable to offer credits/compensation on promotional items at this time.
