Driver App Troubleshooting: Installing the App
Make sure you are on the latest version of the driver app. You can download the latest version at: https://www.eaze.com/drive/apps
iOS Installation Guide
1) Make sure you have added Eaze Solutions LLC as a trusted provider.
- Go to "Settings" on your iPhone
- Tap on "General"
- Go to Profiles/Device Management
- Select "Eaze Solutions LLC"
- Tap to Trust Eaze Solutions LLC
- Tap on "Trust"
- Open the Eaze Driver App
2) If the app is a shaded icon that says "Waiting..." underneath
- Try tapping the icon to see if this will resolve the "Waiting..." status
- If that does not solve the issue, turn the Wi-Fi on your device off/on and then restart your phone
- Open the Eaze Driver App

Android Installation Guide
1) Cannot install the app after downloading the .apk file ("Cannot open file" or "Cannot install file")
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
- Open the Eaze Driver App
2) Ensure your version of Google Play Services is greater than 10.0.1
- Go to Settings
- Select Application Manager
- Select Google Play services
- It will show you your version number at the top
- If you do not have the right version, please install system updates on your phone
- Open the Eaze Driver App
3) Google Chrome download manager is not allowing .apk installation
- Download a file browser such as Astro (can be found in the Google Play Store)
4) Ensure that all permissions are enabled
- Go to Settings
- Go to Applications
- Go to Application Manager
- Go to Eaze Driver
- Go to Permissions
- Make sure that ALL permissions are turned on
5) If you have a MetroPCS phone with Lookout installed, you will need to disable Lookout:
- First, go to your Android Settings.
- Under Security, tap Device administrators and uncheck the box next to Lookout.
- Then, in the main Android Settings find Apps.
- Tap Lookout and choose "Force Stop"
- Tap Storage then "Clear Data"
- Lastly, click the back button and tap "Disable"
*IMPORTANT:* Reinstalling the app: If you are currently “ON” an active shift and you need to reinstall the app, make sure you go "OFF" before you reinstall the app. Otherwise, orders in your queue will be lost.
