Already have an Eaze account? Need to update or change your personal information?
You can change and update information on your account under "Account Settings".
To get to "Account Settings" go to our site and log in.
Once logged in, you can go to the hamburger menu at the top left and find "Account Settings".
On your account page, you can:
Update your email address
Update your phone number
Upload a new ID / Alternative ID
Change your password
- Request Data/Delete Account
*If you need to change the First Name or Last Name on your profile please contact support for further assistance.
**When you update/change your personal information it will temporarily deactivate your account until the new information can be confirmed by our team. This may take a few minutes. If you believe there may be an issue with your verification, or you are unable to locate or access your account, contact our team at email@example.com or via live chat through our chat portal on the Eaze menu page.
