You will be unable to verify a landline or a number that does not accept SMS on your account without assistance. If you find yourself without a smartphone device, then you can instead place your order using a desktop browser (we recommend Google Chrome browser).
Receiving your delivery
If you do not have a smartphone, a standard cell phone will be compatible enough to allow you to communicate with your driver while your order is in progress and being delivered.
90% of communication from drivers to customers happens via SMS. If you do not have a smartphone or cell phone compatible with SMS, there is a high likelihood that order attempts could result in cancelation.
