Try loading the browser incognito and re-log into your account
To reset your shopping cart, you can enter a delivery address not within your service area. For example, if you are in Southern California, enter in a San Francisco address; if you are in Northern California, then enter in an address from San Diego. This will reset the menu and remove items from your cart.
Check your internet connection and refresh if necessary
Restart your device
Please note that our app is not optimized for ordering and delivery due to regulations. While the app is available for your convenience regarding your account information (including your referral link!), cannabis information, and Eaze information, we recommend using a website or phone browser to place an order. Google Chrome is recommended!
