Packing Date?
The packing date is not a best buy date. Packing dates are when the product is packed and seeing a difference of 6-12 months is normal. Anything over a year old, please ensure that you save your packaging and contact customer service.
Vaporizer Issue
Sometimes, when purchasing new vaporizer cartridges, it’s necessary to allow the product to sit while standing upright for at least 15 minutes. (The colder the weather, the longer it should sit, so 30 minutes.) After that, take a long and aggressive pull on the cartridge to ensure you unclog the wick and airways. If the vaporizer still does not work after that, please save your packing and contact customer support.
Flower Concerns
Flower is probably the most subjective of any consumable product. If you have any concerns about the flower you’ve purchased please save your packaging and contact customer support so we can help.
