Promo credits may not appear if they’ve expired. Eaze occasionally sends SMS messages with exclusive promo credits, usually valid for a short time (around 48 hours). Here’s what to keep in mind:
The promo amount and expiration date are always listed in the SMS message/email.
Credits must be used within the stated timeframe.
Once they expire, they can’t be extended or reissued
