For your order to be completed, you must show a physical, current, valid ID. Acceptable IDs are:
State-issued Driver's License
State-issued ID card
Passport (These are not accepted in Santa Clara County)
Also, the ID must match the Eaze account holder. Follow these steps to update your ID:
Click on the hamburger menu (☰) on the top left corner
Select the "Account" option

Click on the "Upload My ID" button
We'll send a 4-digit code to the phone on file to verify the account ownership
Follow the prompt instructions to upload the picture of your new/updated document
