Why can’t I order cannabis in my city?

MIchigan and California state law allows local governments to regulate commercial cannabis activity in their jurisdiction. Though they cannot prevent an individual who is 21+ from purchasing or possessing up to 28.5 grams of flower or up to 8 grams of concentrates, local governments can prohibit commercial cannabis activity from being licensed and operating within their borders.

Eaze is committed to working within local law and regulations, therefore we do not deliver into areas that have explicitly banned the delivery of cannabis within their borders. Eaze is also committed to safe access to cannabis, so we actively engage with local governments as they draft new rules and regulations, and advocate in cities and towns where it is not currently legal to purchase or deliver cannabis.
