Having trouble loading the menu, viewing your order, or getting your cart to update? No worries, here are a few quick fixes to get Eaze running smoothly again:
🧹 1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies with these steps:
Open your Chrome settings.
Go to “Clear browsing data.”
Select cache and cookies, then clear them.
Log out of your Eaze account, then log back in.
💻 2. Use Google Chrome (recommended): Eaze works best on Google Chrome. If you’re using another browser, try switching — it usually fixes most display or checkout issues.
🕶️ 3. Try Incognito Mode: Open a new Incognito Window in Chrome, go to Eaze.com, and sign back into your account.
🛒 4. Reset your shopping cart: If your cart isn’t updating or items seem stuck, you can reset it:
Enter an address outside your service area (for example, if you’re in Southern California, use a San Francisco address, and vice versa).
This will clear your cart and reload the menu.
🌐 5. Check your internet connection and restart: Make sure your internet connection is stable. If everything looks fine but it’s still not working, try restarting your device — it often helps more than you’d think!
