How Do I Place an Eaze Order?

It's time! You're about to enjoy the moment by placing your Eaze order. These are the steps to follow:

1. Log in to your Eaze account and enter your delivery address to see your local menu

2. You can add products to your cart by clicking the (➕) button. The menu is divided into categories, and each item has a small tag showing the item type:

   

3. Open your cart by clicking the button in the upper right corner to review all selected products and enter any applicable promo code:
   
   

    

   
    

4. Clicking on "Checkout" takes you to the checkout screen, where you can fill in address details and special instructions

5. Choose your desired delivery time and payment method

   

6. You can review the order total, including taxes and fees

   

7. Click on "Place Order". The screen will now display the initial ETA and order status, which is awaiting assignment to a driver. You'll receive order updates via SMS. Once assigned, it shows the final ETA.
