We always aim for smooth deliveries, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here are the most common reasons why an order may be canceled:
🚪 Driver couldn’t reach you upon arrival.
🏠 You weren’t at the delivery location.
🔍 Your ID couldn’t be verified or was missing.
📍 Incorrect or inaccessible delivery address.
🚗 Vehicle or route issues.
📦 An item in your order became unavailable.
⏰ Cutoff time was reached
If your order was canceled for one of these reasons, please place a new order, and we'll make sure to deliver as soon as possible. If the cancellation was due to a cutoff time, you schedule your delivery for the following day.
