Once your order is placed, you’ll see an initial ETA while your order is awaiting driver assignment. After your order is assigned, your screen will display the final ETA. You’ll receive SMS updates throughout the process
Please note that your delivery time may change due to:
🚦 Traffic or high order volume
☁️ Weather or road closures
🚓 Police operations or emergencies
🔧 Driver vehicle issues or long delivery routes
Your driver will call you upon arrival and will ask to see your physical ID. Orders can only be delivered to the account owner. Drivers may wait up to 5 minutes before canceling if they’re unable to reach you. Please check your delivery bag immediately to make sure all items match your order. After completion, you’ll see your receipt and can rate your delivery experience or leave feedback in your account.
